The ideal candidate will have the ability to show empathy, compassion and have an understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism. You would be someone who can offer a high standard of care, is flexible and committed, enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure, as well as supporting with the de-escalation of challenging behaviour.
